Our Hotel is Open now: About COVID 19 and us!

We are delighted our Hotel is now open, until at least end October 2020.  We thought it may be helpful to explain why your next holiday should be with us, in a rural hotel, in the interior of Mallorca

Our hotel is small: we have maximum 24 guests, and there is plenty of space to relax by our large pool, in our grounds, or in our comfortable rooms, most of which have private terraces or balconies.  Its great to relax in the countryside: We are in a beautifully quiet location, with views of the Sierra de Tramuntana Unesco Heritage mountain ranges. You can relax far away from crowded restaurants, bars and beaches of the coastal resorts

Mallorca has plenty of beaches – 262 – and so with our help (and a hire car!) you can always find something which is quiet and beautiful should you chose to go out from the hotel area

Our hotel has everything you need: Air-conditioning, super fast fibre-optic broadband (free), and great quality home made breakfasts, lunches and evening meals. We are very clean! Our hotels has scored a 10/10for cleanliness in guests reviews (we got a 9.6 overall) and the fact that we are a small, new-built location, with great professional staff who have been with us a long time. This means that you can be assured that the Hygiene in the hotel will be as good as home. Our food is great, with Italian, Spanish and other Mediterranean menus, changed daily, using with freshest ingredients, with light healthier options also available, means that the meals we provide here at the Hotel Son Ametler are a huge plus, and to be looked forward to.

You’re supporting a rural economy: Mallorca is generally very dependent on tourists, but small local hotels like our support a range of local businesses from Plumbers, Electricians, farmers, winemakers, as well as the taxes we pay to support the local area infrastructure: So you’re not just helping s, you are helping our neighbours, as opposed to big chain hotels who use their own supply chains and pay taxes offshore, if at all. There is lots to see and do: Cultural guided walks, bike rides, canyoning, trips to mountains, monasteries and charming small towns, are all possible with a 45 minute drive from us, and also there are those beaches!

Masks are obligatory in high population areas like Palma, but not on the beaches, whilst exercising or in the countryside.
